We’re looking for a talented Senior Algorithm Developer to join Arbe’s Algorithms team. This individual will become one of our elite team of algo researchers and will have a tremendous contribution to Arbe’s success by creating the next generation radar and its deep learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • M.Sc. or higher in Physics / Maths / Computer Science/ Electrical engineering
  • Substantial academic or work experience in signal processing- Fourier transforms and FFT-s, fixed-point arithmetic, S/N analysis, sampling, etc
  • Hands-on experience in Matlab or Python
  • A problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Fast learner
  • Motivated and creative

Required Qualifications

  • Create groundbreaking new processing algorithms for the next generation of the radar, using deep learning and other techniques
  • Simulate and test new algorithms
  • Research the latest publications in radar technology, signal processing, and deep learning
  • Tackle non-trivial data to identify problems and suggest solutions for the signal processing (RADAR) algorithms
  • Design experiments in the lab and in real world scenarios
  • Shadow the software development of the algorithms solutions
  • Collaborate with our Software, System, Integration and Hardware teams
  • Work with the development team to implement algorithms in a real-time environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of radar systems
  • Familiarity with spatial-signal processing
  • Academic or work experience in creating innovative deep learning networks
