Kobi is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in leading tech and media startups from seed to acquisition. Founder of Taptica, a London Stock Exchange-listed company, and of Logia, acquired by Mandalay Digital
Noam has over 10 years of experience in R&D and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Robotics Lab at Weizmann Institute of Science. Prior to Arbe, Noam has led the algorithm development at Taptica and the Space IL control system.
Now in charge of operations at Arbe, Oz has previously served as Lead Data Scientist and Product Manager of algorithm at Taptica, and holds extensive knowledge in big data and machine learning platforms.
Karine has more than twenty years of financial experience working with multinational publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Arbe, Karine served as CFO at TIBA Parking Systems. She has held the positions of Head of Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis, and Director of Business Controlling at Caesarstone Ltd., and she managed various financial positions at Applied Materials, Inc. and at Intel. She holds a master’s in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ram leads the product management and the engagement with key customers. He has over 25 years experience in embedded systems and the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Arbe, Ram managed the business development, customer engagement and product marketing of several wireless connectivity product lines at Texas Instruments. His professional experience also includes roles in system engineering and R&D management.
Prior to Arbe, Gonen led a global team responsible for radar development and technology across General Motors for over 8 years. Earlier at GM, Gonen led GM’s in-house development of multiple generations of imaging radars for Cruise LLC in SF, targeting L4 autonomous driving (TaaS). Prior to GM, Barkan led Architecture, HW, SW and ASIC development at start-up companies in the fields of Communication, PLC, IoT, 3G/4G and Radar.
Avi has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor field with a focus on RFIC research and development. Prior to joining Arbe, Avi worked in DSP Group where he headed an RF team of 20 engineers from product concept, through IC development, product qualification and customer support. His professional portfolio includes being among the founders of Butterfly (acquired by Texas Instruments) and international companies in semiconductor and automotive such as TI and Sensata Technologies.
Shlomit is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, launching products, and building brand awareness. Prior to joining Arbe, Shlomit was CMO and executive marketer in organizations such as DEEP, Collabrium, Viaccess Orca, Comverse, and Check Point. Shlomit graduated with an MBA from the Technion Institution.
With more than 18 years experience in the semiconductor industry, Asaf has an extensive background in various engineering fields including: system architecture, SOC and PHY architecture, VLSI, analog and RF. Prior to Arbe, Asaf led the wireless connectivity system team at Texas Instruments, responsible for TI wireless MCU system and silicon device aspects. Asaf holds a B.Sc in electrical engineering from Bar Ilan University.
Roman Levi, who leads Arbe’s sales and business development, has vast experience in business development, investment banking with leading startups in the Chinese market. Prior to joining Arbe, Roman established the China Israel Team, and was Partner at the Wise Consulting Group. Roman holds two Master’s degrees.
Michal joined Arbe after 13 years at Applied Materials, where she was Senior HR Business Partner. She brings 20 years of experience and expertise in a variety of human resource fields such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, and talent development. Michal holds a BA in behavioral science from Ben Gurion University.
Maya has extensive experience legal advisory to start-ups and VCs. Prior to joining Arbe, Maya was an in-house General Counsel and Portfolio Manager at Plus Ventures, she holds an MBA, from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), and a Law and Computer Science degree from the Bar Ilan University.
Shay comes to Arbe with over 23 years of experience in semiconductors design, program management, quality, and operations with automotive tier 1s and OEMs. Prior to joining Arbe, Shay worked with Texas Instruments and Valens.
Yotam has more than 20 years of experience leading R&D activities and program management, with extensive background in silicon design and system architecture.
Prior to joining Arbe, Yotam led the development of communication solutions at Texas Instruments. He holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and EMBA from Tel Aviv University.
Yoram is a Signal Processing Ph.D with 35 years of R&D experience. Yoram specializes in RTLS Radio Location and Tracking Systems, Array Processing, Sensor Fusion, Speech Signal Processing and VoIP. Yoram has held various leadership positions at 8 startups from foundation or early stage, with 5 of them gone public or acquired.
