Kobi is a successful entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in leading technology and media startups from seed stage to acquisition. Kobi was the Founder and President of Taptica, a mobile DSP acquired by Marimedia, and Founder and CEO of Logia, a mobile content platform acquired by Mandalay Digital.
Noam has over 10 years of experience in R&D and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Robotics Lab at Weizmann Institute of Science. Prior to Arbe, Noam has led the algorithm development at Taptica and the Space IL control system.
Now in charge of operations at Arbe, Oz has previously served as Lead Data Scientist and Product Manager of algorithm at Taptica, and holds extensive knowledge in big data and machine learning platforms.
Danny is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Danny’s experience is both from startups as Taptica and Biodata as well as large corporations as Amdocs and the Formula group. Prior to joining Arbe, Danny was at BDO IL, providing financial services to dozens of companies and acting as CFO of several startups.
Ram leads the product management and the engagement with key customers. He has over 25 years experience in embedded systems and the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Arbe, Ram managed the business development, customer engagement and product marketing of several wireless connectivity product lines at Texas Instruments. His professional experience also includes roles in system engineering and R&D management.
Avi has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor field with a focus on RFIC research and development. Prior to joining Arbe, Avi worked in DSP Group where he headed an RF team of 20 engineers from product concept, through IC development, product qualification and customer support. His professional portfolio includes being among the founders of Butterfly (acquired by Texas Instruments) and international companies in semiconductor and automotive such as TI and Sensata Technologies.
Shlomit is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, launching products, and building brand awareness. Prior to joining Arbe, Shlomit was CMO and executive marketer in organizations such as DEEP, Collabrium, Viaccess Orca, Comverse, and Check Point. Shlomit graduated with an MBA from the Technion Institution.
With more than 18 years experience in the semiconductor industry, Asaf has an extensive background in various engineering fields including: system architecture, SOC and PHY architecture, VLSI, analog and RF. Prior to Arbe, Asaf led the wireless connectivity system team at Texas Instruments, responsible for TI wireless MCU system and silicon device aspects. Asaf holds a B.Sc in electrical engineering from Bar Ilan University.
Roman Levi, who leads Arbe’s activities in Asia Pacific, has vast experience in business development, investment banking with leading startups in the Chinese market. Prior to joining Arbe, Roman established the China Israel Team, and was Partner at the Wise Consulting Group. Roman holds two Master’s degrees.
Yoram is a Signal Processing Ph.D with 35 years of R&D experience. Yoram specializes in RTLS Radio Location and Tracking Systems, Array Processing, Sensor Fusion, Speech Signal Processing and VoIP. Yoram has held various leadership positions at 8 startups from foundation or early stage, with 5 of them gone public or acquired.
Shay comes to Arbe with over 23 years of experience in semiconductors design, program management, quality, and operations with automotive tier 1s and OEMs. Prior to joining Arbe, Shay worked with Texas Instruments and Valens.
With a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Robotics Lab at Weizmann Institute of Science, and an additional 25 years of professional experience in computers, technology, and mathematics, Ronit is an accomplished mathematical theorist with several publications and lecture credits. Combining vast knowledge in brain research, statistics, machine learning and big data analysis, Ronit is an expert at capturing the central questions of a problem and coming up with innovative and simple solutions to solve it. At Arbe, Ronit supervises and develops the algorithm for the digital signal processing (DSP) and detection for radar systems, enabling truly safe driver-assist systems and paving the way to full autonomous driving.
Matan comes to Arbe with extensive experience developing radars and EW systems. Prior to Arbe, Matan led Radar development projects at Elbit Systems and in the Israeli Air Force. Matan holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, a B.A. in Physics and a M.E in System Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology.
Ben is experienced in developing algorithms, machine and deep learning, and at Arbe he is leading the AI effort of turning the radar output to a concise environment description, which is necessary for autonomous driving. Ben holds a PhD in cosmology and a postdoc in cosmology and astrophysics from Tel Aviv University (Israel).
Maya has extensive experience legal advisory to start-ups and VCs. Prior to joining Arbe, Maya was an in-house General Counsel and Portfolio Manager at Plus Ventures, she holds an MBA, from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), and a Law and Computer Science degree from the Bar Ilan University.
A leading expert in RFIC design, Nadav worked in DSP Group and Elipse prior to joining Arbe. He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Erez has extensive experience leading and developing media processing projects between multidisciplinary groups and offshore teams. Prior to joining Arbe, Erez was Senior Group Manager, SW and Algorithm Development at Polycom and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University (Israel).
Tom is responsible for translating Arbe’s radar processing algorithms to digital hardware, he joined Arbe with extensive experience in Digital Algorithms, System and VLSI. Prior to Arbe, Tom played key roles in development projects at Texas Instruments, Intel, and Metalink. Tom holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science from the Israeli Institute of Technology.
Gabi has over 20 years experience with hardware and firmware design of multidisciplinary systems and holds expertise in electro-optical, low noise analog and high speed digital designs. Prior to Arbe, Gabi worked with Finisar, Axon and HiTV and holds a a B.Sc. from the Holon Institute of Technology (Israel).
With 10+ years of experience in leading Israeli hi-tech companies including Amdocs, Ayelet heads HR and recruitment at Arbe with a focus on organizational development and talent recruitment. Ayelet holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources.
Boaz comes to Arbe with extensive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly chip and architecture design, verification, DFT, backend design, testing, manufacturing, and customer support. Prior to joining Arbe, Boaz established the VLSI Group at Innoviz Technologies, the unit that brought to production the company’s first LiDAR chip, managed the VLSI Group for Inuitive, a 3D sensing chip company, and held roles with Mellanox, StarCore DSP, DSP Group (all as first core team member), LSI Corp., NXP, and Tadiran Military Communications.
Yair’s established career in Israel’s public sector includes Israel’s Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, member of Israel’s government and Parliament and chairman of four government companies: EL AL, IAI, National Road Company of Israel and Metropolitan Mass Transit System. Prior to entering public service, Yair served for 25 years as a pilot and an engineer in the Israeli Air Force. Mr Shamir is currently board director and chairman of a number of public companies in Israel and abroad as well as an array of public institutions including The Shalem Academic Center, Gvahim, and Ohalo College.
Ehud gained more than two decades of expertise in the high-tech industry as an entrepreneur, investor and operator. Prior to co-founding Canaan Partners Israel, Ehud lead the first investment round of WAZE, co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies, served as COO and CFO of Telegate, and was a private equity investor and investment banker in New York and Tel Aviv. Ehud holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion (Israel), and an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York).
Mor has an extensive technological and business experience. Prior to iAngels, she held several corporate positions including Corporate Strategy Associate at Amdocs, Business Development Associate at SAP and Strategy Associate at IBM Global Business Services. She holds an MBA from Columbia University (New York) and BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Technion (Israel).
Prior to OurCrowd, Eli was partner and investment committee member at Amiti Venture Capital, an early stage Israel-based fund focusing on deep intellectual property multi-disciplinary technologies and teams. Prior to Amiti, Eli was VP of Research and Development at AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), and a senior officer in one of the elite intelligence technological units of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF).
Roy has more than 15 years of international business development experience with international public companies and venture capital investments. Before joining OG Tech Ventures, Roy held the position of CEO with SOSA, a global network of innovators, Head of Investments at Plus Ventures, one of the leading early stage investors in Israel, and was VP Business Development and Israel Country Manager at AOL Inc.
François’s experience spans over 20 investments in 6 countries. His career began at France Telecom where he held a number of strategy and business development positions over a 7 year tenure in Paris and New York. He then discovered Venture Capital as an Associate Director at Nomura then as SVP at Europ@web before joining the team in 2001. François holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the ENST (Brest) and an MBA from Columbia University (New York).
Founder of MissionBlue Capital Partners. Managed a $10Bn global portfolio for CIC, China’s sovereign wealth fund; led CIC’s investment into the energy sector, including upstream Oil & Gas; power and energy infrastructure; managed direct investment, co-investment and fund investment. Previously head of Asia at EIG Global Partners, responsible for investments, portfolio management and capital raising for the region.
Mr. Long Ke is currently the Vice President of BAIC Group Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. Before joining BAIC group, he was engaged in equity investment in China South Industries Group Corporation, which is the parent company of China Changan Automobile Group. Mr. Long Ke has more than ten years of working experience in equity investment with focus on manufacturing industry chain. He is well experienced in automotive intelligence, post market, high-end equipment manufacturing, logistics, AI and other related fields investments.
In addition to Managing Director of the Merger & Acquisition Department, Ms Shengyan Fan also serves as a Managing Partner of the CEL Catalyst China Israel Fund, CEL Global Investment Fund investment committee member, and the CEL Catalyst China Israel Fund.
Ms. Fan has over 21 years’ experience in direct investment, capital raising and investment banking serving corporate clients in Greater China region as well as multinationals. Prior to joining CEL, Ms. Fan has held various positions with increasing responsibility at multinational investment banks.
James has founded and successfully executed high-growth plans for a number of technology companies. Presently, James is CEO and Founder of AdviNow Medical, the world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) driven automated medical visit system. Previously, James led the turnaround of a $1B revenue group at Freescale/NXP where he led the company to leadership in ADAS systems. Previous to NXP, James drove the sensor interface group at Maxim and founded the pacific operation for Silicon Labs.
Mr. Kyeongsoon Choi is a Director of Principal Investment and M&A at Hanwha Asset Management and oversees investments of AI Alliance, a joint investment fund established by Hanwha, SK Telecom, and Hyundai Motors three of Korea’s largest conglomerates. Prior to his role at Hanhwa, he worked developing global business and investment opportunities in Daelim Energy and STX Group. Mr. Kyeongsoon Choi has a LLB in Law from Seoul National University.
