We take our obligations regarding your privacy and personal data seriously and have prepared this Policy in a manner that is clear and easy for you to understand.

In general, you can visit our website without giving us any personal data. If you choose to provide us with your personal data, we may use and process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you hereby explicitly consent that we may process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, please do not use our website or our services.

We do not currently require you to provide any personal data in order to have access to our website. However, we may receive and/or collect personal data from you in the following ways:

  • Website. In order to use our website or to participate in our webinars, downloads, or our mailing lists, you may be required to provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, professional position, and company affiliation.
  • ‘Contact Us’ Information. If you contact us by completing the “Contact Us” form or by
    connecting with us via “WeChat” platform or subscribe to our mailing list, you may be required to provide certain information such as your name and email address.
  • Log files. We may make use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us. We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the services, track users’ movement around the website, and gather demographic information.

Our Services may utilize “cookies”, anonymous identifiers and other tracking technologies in order to for us to provide our services and present you with information that is customized for you. 4. Street View

  • We may also collect images and videos exploring places, road obstacles, and vehicle movements in public locations (“Street View Imagery“), in multiple jurisdictions. We may also use service providers or purchase datasets of Street View Imagery.
  • The data contained in the Street View Imagery includes car license plates, images of pedestrians, cyclists, and occupants of vehicles, as well as individuals present in the vehicle’s surroundings. However, the processing of this data does not involve the personal identification of individuals. Instead, our focus is on analyzing, classifying, and processing individuals as “items” within the context of real-world environmental and traffic conditions.
  • Our foremost objective in maintaining the Street View Imagery is to enhance the functionality and safety of our products. Through the utilization of the collected data, we continuously refine the algorithms that drive various features, such as topographical mapping, obstacle identification, and traffic analysis. Therefore, we are not publicizing any data contained in the Street View Imagery.
  • We do not allow the use of children’s data, sensitive data or other data which includes inappropriate content, including sexual harassment, hate speech or violent content (except where there is an artistic, educational or documentary value).
  • Any person who assumes that our Street View Imagery may contain its identified personal data, or otherwise may contain inappropriate content may approach us by sending a report to: [email protected].

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or disseminate personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

However, we may share personal data with service providers and third parties for operational purposes that enable the provisions of our website services. These third parties may include customer support platforms, hosting service providers, payment processors, analytics partners, third party account providers, security and/or social media services.

We may share the images and videos captured by our systems, including de-identified Street View Imagery, with our suppliers or subcontractors to the extent reasonably necessary to develop and improve our products.

Additionally, we may share personal data to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a lawful request for information that we receive.

6. Children’s Privacy

You must be 16 years old or older to use the Website or our services; we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16 years old, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Israeli Privacy Protection Law, if we learn that we have received personal data from a child under the applicable age threshold, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Data that is no longer retained may be anonymized or deleted. Likewise, some metadata and statistical information concerning the use of our services are not subject to the deletion procedures in this policy and may be retained by Arbe Robotics. We will not be able to identify you from this data. Some data may also be retained on our third-party service providers’ servers until deleted in accordance with their privacy policy and their retention policy.
