We’re looking for a talented RFIC Chip Lead to join our RFIC team.

Responsibilities

• Manage R&D of an X & E-band RFICs from specifications to tape out
• Architecture
• Project Gantt
• Design & Verification

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, MSc/PhD a plus
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Analog Design Environment
• Track record of silicon chip design experience
• Solid background in RF chain design
• Team player
• Self-directed and motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Design experience in advanced nodes silicon processes
• MMW background
• Schematic to TO experience (Layout & Signoff)
