We’re looking for a talented HW System Application Team Lead to join our Customer Sucess team.
Responsibilities
Support Arbe’s customers to create a complete system, based on Arbe’s products by applying deep knowledge on HW chipset to meet new radar configuration plotted by Support product presale with running demos and field trials with customers.
- Analyze requirement and design custom radars based on customer’s requirements
- Support and manage process of evaluation of product with specific customers
- Lead by example, motivate, empower and develop team members to maximize their potential, recruit new members
- Conduct and support the hardware bring-up and integration of customer setups
- Define and follow up the hardware validation and troubleshooting activities on customers designs
- Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbe’s products
- Report customer feedbacks and requests back to support manager, product group and R&D
- Become the go-to person in understanding customer’s needs
- Represent the company to the customer, maintain good relationships with customer’s reps
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or board designer
- At least 2 years experience managing HW teams
- At least 5 years of experience in board design that contain complex digital With DC and/ or RF circuits (mixed signal)
- Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of accountability and quality
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital and RF products and systems
- Experience in Semiconductor industry
- Experience in Automotive industry
- Fluent in PCB design tools
