About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers across the company and lead cross-organizational people initiatives that enable our employees and the business to grow together.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company or fast-growing startup
- Proven experience as an HRBP for R&D organizations, with a solid understanding of engineering team dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Labor Studies, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage
- Experience in organizational design and leadership development, including advising managers through growth and change
- Strong coaching and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting people and building strong working relationships
- Self-driven and independent, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use people data and insights to support recommendations and decisions
- Experience bringing AI tools into HR workflows
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
