We’re looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our Operations team

Responsibilities

  • In charge of developing and implementing methods for testing Radar Processor and RF mixed-signal Semiconductor Integrated Circuits
  • Develop testing hardware (Probe card and Load board definition and design)
  • Develop test programs for the purpose of qualification, characterization and subsequent high-volume production of the IC’s
  • Develop and document DFT requirements. Work with the IC development teams on DFT Architecture to enable efficient production test
  • Build high quality product (low dppm rate) to customers’ requirements, by high fault coverage, yield analysis and enhancement, capabilities to run failure analysis / data analysis
  • Ability to diagnose device issues during testing (debug)

Requirements

  • BS. in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor product and test engineering
  • Experience in IC manufacturing process including fab, test and assembly
  • Experience in Mix Signal and RF / analog testing
  • Experience with high volume production products
  • Good understanding of circuits
  • Good software skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to drive projects to full execution in time
  • Strong statistics and data analysis background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast learner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Automotive Production
  • ATE – Advantest 93k experience
  • Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/ techniques
