We’re looking for a talented Information Systems Engineer to join our Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be designing, implementing, and assisting in the design of new work processes within our information systems
- This includes ALM, PLM, CRM, ERP, and project management tools (Specifically: Polarion, Salesforce & Monday.com)
- Gather & analyze stakeholders needs (Business, R&D, Senior management, QA, HR) and design processes that ensure efficiency and transparency
- Work with teams across disciplines and levels within the organization, including end-users and management
Required Qualifications
- BS.C graduate in Information systems / Industrial engineering from a leading university
- At least 3 years experience as an information system engineer or similar position
- High interpersonal skills, ability to lead and cooperate with complex interfaces
- Coding experience (Java or Phyton)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to learn new skills independently
- Confidence to work on your own initiative
- Out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving
- Organized and with good attention to details
- High level English – reading and writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to understand software processes and apply customization
- Experience with Salesforce
