We're looking for an experienced IT Engineer to serve as the IT Manager's right hand, taking ownership of day-to-day IT infrastructure, security operations, and R&D tooling support. This role focuses on hands-on technical expertise with operational responsibility, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the IT Manager's right hand across infrastructure, security, and vendor management
  • Support R&D tooling (Jira, Confluence, Polarion, FlexLM) and serve as the primary contact for external vendors
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, tools, and controls
  • Support the annual ERP upgrade project and ongoing ERP operations
  • Contribute to IT ISO/automotive compliance and SOX controls
  • Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems, including identity (AD/Entra ID), endpoint management, and cloud services
  • Develop PowerShell/bash automation for recurring administrative and security tasks
  • Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and software issues across the organization
  • Analyze system data and produce reports/recommendations
  • Collaborate with logistics and other group stakeholders on IT needs
  • Deliver excellent, responsive support to internal users

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT engineering/system administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Linux
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or bash scripting for automation
  • Experience with networking, firewalls, and physical infrastructure (servers, switches)
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools (EDR, SIEM, or similar)
  • Familiarity with hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
  • Experience with MDM Solutions
  • Basic understanding of communication protocols
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
  • Professional English
