System Application Engineer

Join our team of technologists, radar specialists, and scientists to make zero road fatalities a reality, for everyone. We’re looking for a talented System Application Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, develop strong partnerships, align expectations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end implementation plans, including system-level integration, for our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal multi-disciplinary R&D teams, including software, hardware, algorithms, and system engineers.
  • Work alongside the account manager to effectively address and accommodate customer requirements.
  • Gather various design inputs from R&D groups and consolidate them into a unified, customer-specific system architecture.
  • Define and maintain the system design, including interfaces, configurations, and deployment aspects across the product lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, integration guidelines, and validation reports.
  • Simulate and validate the end-to-end radar system performance to meet customer use cases and KPIs.
  • Support customer training, onboarding, and integration workshops—both remotely and on-site—while troubleshooting system-level issues.
  • Act as a system focal point during deployment, ensuring all components (software, hardware, infrastructure) work together as expected in the customer environment.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Computer science)
  • At least 5 years experience as a System Engineer
  • Hands-on experience in a relevant field (Radar / Sonar / Communications / EW)
  • Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Radar experience
  • ASIC Architecture knowledge
  • Software Architecture knowledge
