We’re looking for a talented Radar Operational Research Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team which define and scale up Arbe’s radar high performance and make them meet the Autonomous Vehicles standards
- Drive for radar performance and data analytics consistent improvements
- Identify key areas of Next Generation risks and recommend research and system solutions
- Design, develop and implement Radar data analysis methodology
- Be a knowledge source for automotive radar KPI’s
- Work closely with different stakeholders that include external customers and internal interfaces like Algorithms, System and software teams
Required Qualifications
- MSc/ PhD in CS, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- More than 5 years experience in research and development
- Leading experience
- Strong computational and data analysis skills
- Proven experience in independent research work, and nonetheless a team player
- Hands-on experience in Python/ Matlab
- Fast and self-learning, self-directed and motivated capabilities
- Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with radar systems
- Hands-on experience with Data Science methodologies
- Hands-on experience implementing, validating, and testing complex algorithms
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: Calibration, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning or Sensor Design
