We’re looking for a talented Radar Applications Development Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead in software design and development of complex applications and take responsibility for Arbe’s radar implementation and reference based on Arbe’s chipset
- Design, implement and deliver RT embedded software framework
- Implement software-based algorithms on Embedded CPU
- Participate in designing software infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer/Electrical Engineering
- More than 5 years experience in Embedded software programming
- C programming experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience with design and architecture of Embedded and real-time systems
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fast and self-learning, self-directed and motivated capabilities
- Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading a software development team
- Experience with communication interfaces: ETH, CAN, SPI, UART
- Hands-on experience implementing, validating, and testing complex algorithms
- Hands-on experience in Python/Matlab
