Key/ Strategic accounts manager / Tel-Aviv, Israel

We’re looking for a passionate Key and Strategic Accounts Manager to be the key facing contact for Arbe’s customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship with Arbe’s key customers, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute the strategy to win and expand within strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain high level customer relationships with decision makers and influencers in the automotive industry
  • Target and create new business opportunities while growing and maintaining current accounts
  • Deliver business plans and provide in-depth analysis and strategic direction
  • Identifies market conditions, competitor actions, or other external forces
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and other stakeholders’ groups to achieve company’s targets

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in electrical or software engineering, MBA – an advantage
  • 6+ years of experience as Key account manager, Post-sale or other similar positions and experience with the American and European market
  • Experience with managing engineering customers from from large companies – mandatory
  • Strong customer-facing and very good presentation skills
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and Results driven
  • Positive and passionate attitude
  • English as a mother tongue or native speaker
  • Flexible schedule. High availability. Work hours will be according to customers time zone (US, Europe)
  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Travel: ~20%-40%
