We’re looking for a top talented Customer Program Manager to join our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

Support Arbe’s customers to create a complete system based on Arbe’s products while developing deep knowledge of customers’ needs and shaping the product.

  • Manage customer program, schedule and deliveries
  • Represent the company to the customer, maintain good relationships with customers reps
  • Provide technical support to key customers, work closely with R&D on complex technical issues
  • Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions in order to ensure customer high satisfaction
  • Generate, track and monitor progress on complex customer program
  • Customize the product for the specific customer requirements
  • Become the go-to person in understanding customer’s needs
  • Support and manage process of evaluation of product with specific customers
  • Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbe’s products
  • Report customer feedbacks and requests back to support manager, product group and R&D
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations and other stakeholders’ groups to achieve company’s targets

Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Program Manager/ Account Manager or other related roles is required
  • Hands-on experience with Embedded SW development or hardware development
  • Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with supporting customers in hardware and/or software development
  • Experience running multiple projects and concurrent requests, ability to organize and prioritize
  • Excellent problem-solving
  • Strong sense of accountability and quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor industry
  • Experience in Automotive industry
