We’re looking for a talented Customer Application Engineer to join our Customer Application team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to key customers, work closely with R&D on complex technical issues
- Create technical collaterals: application notes, user guide, product documentation
- Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions to ensure customer high satisfaction
- Generate, track and monitor progress on customer program
- Customize the product for the specific customer requirements
- Support product evaluation process with specific customers
- Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbe’s products
- Report customer feedback and requests back to support manager, product group, and R&D
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and other stakeholders’ groups to achieve the company’s targets
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer or Development Engineer
- Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
- Well organized and methodical
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving
- Strong sense of accountability and quality
- Excellent English writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
