We are looking for an experienced , focused, and motivated Sys NPI and IC production planner for our fast growing operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our Radar and Silicon manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain both short-term and long-term production plans, taking into consideration the demand forecasted by our internal teams and the committed supply from our vendors and engineering group.
  • Manage supply availability on assigned commodities with external CMs (contract manufacturer) and internal teams to ensure optimized capacity allocation and materials readiness to schedule.
  • Work with our boards and Silicon vendor partners, assuring on time deliveries to customers - external and internal ones.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional NPI meetings and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production.
  • Initiate and drive new processes and process improvements towards scalability and efficiency within the team and contract manufacturing partners.
  • Close collaboration with various groups: R&D, finance and external vendor partners.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, or vendor management, preferably in semiconductors / electro-mechanical integration and boards manufacturing industries.
  • Performs well in a fast-paced environment with ability to drive schedules and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, writing and presentation.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • ERP system proficiency, preferably with SAP and Oracle.
  • Fluent English – reading, writing, speaking.
