We’re looking for a talented Quality & Reliability Engineer  to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement company Product quality processes, quality production, repair procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Improving production efficiency throughout yield management, site audits, and outstanding quality events.
  • Define and manage qualifications plan and execution for semiconductor IC’s.
  • Lead failure analysis for IC’s within the company and RMA technical discussion with suppliers and customers.
  • Work closely, qualify, and support strategic suppliers.
  • Detecting weaknesses, finding solutions, and implementing improvements.
  • Manage and present Quarterly product reliability analysis.
  • Design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA (along with the development of new products.
  • Responding to external and internal customer issues and complaints.
  • Develop and implement a quality documentation procedure.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in electrical, Reliability, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in electrical and physical failure analysis methods of semiconductors ICs.
  • Familiar with MW technology, electronics, semiconductors, and packaging production processes.
  • Familiar with SPC tools, statistical techniques, and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
  • Planning and project management skills.
  • Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment, and a “can-do” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quality academic studies (CQE, CMQ).
  • Familiar with Automotive standards e.g AEC-Q100.
  • Familiar with Yield Engineering and tools (SIliconDash, YieldHUB, etc..).
