We’re looking for a talented RF Test Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing methods for testing Radar RF mixed-signal Semiconductor Integrated Circuits in production environment.
  • Develop testing hardware related to the RF ICs (Probe card and Load board definition and design)
  • Develop test programs for qualification, characterization, and subsequent high-volume production of the IC’s
  • Develop and document RF test requirements. Work with the IC development teams to enable efficient production test.
  • Take part in building high quality products (low dppm rate) to customers’ requirements, by high fault coverage, yield analysis, and enhancement, capabilities to run failure analysis/data analysis
  • Ability to diagnose device issues during testing (debug)

Requirements

  • BS. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product and test engineering
  • Experience in IC manufacturing processes including fab, test, and assembly
  • Experience in Mix Signal and RF/Analog testing. (77GHz – 81GHz advantage)
  • Experience with high-volume production products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of circuits
  • Good software skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong statistics and data analysis background

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Automotive Production
  • ATE – Advantest 93k experience
