- Lead, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure
- Manage and support R&D including R&D Tools like Jira, Polarion, Cadence, Synopsys, etc., and be the focal point for external vendors
- Lead IT projects, including the design and implementation of IT systems and services, most notably:
o Lead and implement all cyber security within the company
o Responsible for ERP plan, support, and upgrade of the company's ERP system according to
an annual project plan
o Responsible for IT ISO automotive aspects and implementation of IT SOX compliance
- Manage and lead a team of external IT contractors
- Responsible for IT inventory management, collaborating with the company logistics manager
- Define IT infrastructure and processes, aligning with current and future business requirements and goals, and implement IT and security policies, guidelines, and best practice guides.
- Analyzes data and prepares reports to provide information and/or recommendations regarding the system information
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze and develop solutions for IT needs
- Define a process of troubleshooting IT topics related to SW and HW systems to operate effectively
